In May 2023, ZFP real estate fund expanded its portfolio with the addition of the Landererova 12 office building, which is part of the modern Eurovea City district located on the banks of the Danube River in Bratislava.
The building is located within walking distance from the Eurovea shopping centre, occupying a position in the main business zone with excellent civic amenities and transport links. The property extends over 16 floors and has a lettable area of 23,330 m2, a built-up area of more than 4,500 m2 of underground garages and 376 parking spaces. Landererova 12 is the headquarters of the European Labour Authority (ELA), the first European Union agency to be based in Slovakia. Other tenants include major companies such as Lenovo and SWAN.
It is a technologically advanced, latest-generation office and commercial building that has been built to the highest sustainability standards and was awarded with LEED Gold certification. Building was developed by slovak real estate player JTRE.
