Our services include sale and purchase advice of real estate, we usually act as the main transaction advisor, who supervises that the advisors have all the relevant information from the counterparty. We oversee the delivery of their submissions on time, so that the findings are reflected in the purchase contract. We negotiate a finding with the counterparty and the price, conditions of the purchase contract, the timing of the transaction, we assist clients in negotiating and discussing with the financing bank.

Its new owner is the Czech investment fund, ZFP Investments, which belongs to the oldest Slovak asset management company IAD Investments.
